Our Story
Founded in 2024, Steady Co was built by two accountants with a shared vision — to create a firm where great accounting meets real partnership.

Before launching Steady, both founders began their careers in audit at Big 4 firms, where they developed a strong technical foundation. They later joined Connor Group, providing accounting consulting and advisory services to a wide range of public and private companies.
Their work often dropped them into complex, messy financial environments — requiring them to clean up records, build processes from the ground up, and bring order to chaos. Through these experiences, they discovered a passion not just for solving problems, but for helping businesses operate with clarity and confidence.
